At SEZO Official, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and supported with proof of purchase. Once inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
